Jon is the founder of Adelvia and brings over 20 years of experience in orthopedic and durable medical equipment space. Prior to starting Adelvia, he held sales and leadership positions at Ossur and Corflex. His primary focus is advising clients in growing top line revenue, product development and brand awareness.

Territory Manager
Welcome to Adelvia! My name is Kyle Crowell, and I am Adelvia’s CT Territory Manager. My role is to introduce Adelvia’s product lines to medical clinics and demonstrate how they can benefit both the clinic and their patients. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, working out in the gym, and spending time with friends and family.

Jim Tisher

Welcome! My name is Jim. I serve clients within the Orthopedic and Rehabilitation continuum with special expertise within the Veteran and DoD communities, providing expertise with planning, contracting, and executing best-in-class orthopedic and rehab solutions.
Jim is a retired Medical Service Corps Navy CAPT (0-6) with 30+ years of honorable service. Best described as a linchpin who has played and can play in any position or role both domestically and internationally. His experience spans from the cornfield to the Boardroom.

Hello, my name is Nate, and I am Adelvia’s Marketing Coordinator. My role is to optimize Adelvia’s website, social media, and email marketing to boost brand awareness and generate new revenue streams. My goal is to help convey Adelvia's value as a collaborator for healthcare officials and to create campaigns that are unique to the industry. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Taylor Louk-McNutt
Business Operations Manager
Hello! My name is Taylor, and I'm excited to be joining Adelvia. I bring a diverse background in operations, administration, and program management to my role as Operations Manager at Adelvia. With a strong foundation in both the public and private sectors, I support the daily operations of the company through strategic calendar management, client communications, document preparation, and project coordination. I also manage internal systems, such as CRM platforms, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
Over my career, I have shown great attention to detail, organizational strength, and a proactive approach.
Taylor is a trusted partner to the owner and a key contributor to Adelvia’s success.
In addition to her professional work, Taylor is currently continuing her education with a Master's degree. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in her community.

Jason Lefebre
VP, Business Development & Strategy
Welcome to Adelvia. My name is Jason Lefebre. With over two decades of experience in healthcare, including working as a clinician in Trauma Services to transitioning within Sales leadership roles for Government Account Executive positions managing VAMC and DoD accounts, as well as extensive experience in Health Systems and IDN management, I have consistently demonstrated a strong ability to drive clinical support, cost management, strategic training, and relationship development. My deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in government and integrated delivery networks, allows me to effectively bridge operational challenges with innovative solutions. I am committed to enhancing patient outcomes through a strategic approach that combines advanced products with targeted sales and marketing initiatives, consistently delivering value to both clients and stakeholders.
